Heat Crash: One of the few moves based on weight, Golem already learns Heavy Slam and an assortment of Fire moves, all of which are terrible on Golem because they're special. Heat Crash gives Golem access to a solid (if not wholly reliable) Fire move that it can actually utilize effectively.
Head Smash: Too many Rock Pokemon with Rock Head or Reckless miss out on. Onix's line finally got access in Gen 8, but mons like Aerodactyl and Rhyperior and Golem continue to miss out for absolutely no good reason.
Accelrock: Another move Gamefreak is being stingy with that loads of slow and fast Rock types alike would love. Its also pretty generic - compare to other new Rock moves like Stone Axe or Tar Shot, neither of which really fit our bro Golem.
Steel Roller: One of two new Steel moves I think fit Golem thematically, even if it isn't all that good on Golem.
Shelter: I could see this being spread to several Pokemon in the future. Golem is a good candidate.
Body Press is a great move, and could work as an alternative option to Hammer Arm.
Lash Out gives Golem Dark coverage outside of Fling, while also fitting Geodude's classic attacking of hikers that quite literally stumble across it.
Mountain Gale: This one is a bit of a wild card, but Golem is well known for being a Pokemon that lives in the mountains, and having a physical ice move would be advantageous coverage.
Avalanche: Speaking of which, this is an old move it apparently never got access to. Definitely think it fits Golem, perhaps even better than Mountain Gale.
Headlong Rush: Ground-type close combat, yes please!
