Models are in .lmd files. You can't import/convert them directly, but the model/skeleton data is there in the open form. See

There are probably other ways like ripping the models from RAM (you would need to get PokeMas running on an emulator first though) or doing something else with .lmd files. But I have absolutely no idea about any of this shit.
