I am making a region based on California and the theme/motif is musical harmony as a metaphor for peace between people and pokemon.

A special mechanic I am trying to attempt involves a powerup called Harmonic Forms.
Harmonic Forms are what happens when a pokemon reaches maximum friendship with its trainer as their spirits resonate in concordance with one another. The harmony shared between the pokemon and its trainer grants the pokemon a powerful boost in strength that lasts permanently and also a special Sound based attack that can be used once per battle.
