Fully restores the HP, Status, and PP of all other Pokemon in each player's party, clears away any stat changes, and removes any persistent field effects like Weather, Hazards, Terrains, etc. along with any other changes made since the start of the battle. The user then faints.
Genesis will fail if it has already been used at least once in that battle, or if the Pokemon using it isn't Arceus.
