Just an elaboration on the overused joke that is still being produced - even past the release of XY. Mostly done due to parallel drama that still keeps erupting around the setting that the joke mirrors.
Sort of like being annoyed by the Honchkrow may-may, except Honchkrow bandwagon is confined to /vp/ while this one is confined... well, rather it isn't confined to one place at all.
Drama trainwrecks are fun to look at, but less so when you find that the ground zero holds some relevance.
