Drop Rapid Spin on Starmie for Ice Beam, give him a Choice item if possible.
There's no point running fully defensive EVs on top of a Focus Sash on Politoed. Either go full offense or go tanky and run a Sub. Also HP Bug has pretty shitty coverage so unless you want something specific from it I'd just drop it for something better.
As for a 6th 'mon, try running a Machamp lead for the sheer power of it or maybe a Ferrothorn since your team lacks tanks. Gyarados is also a good pickup if you want something tanky which can still dish out damage.
