Every leak we have seen so far has had something in comman largest region we have ever seen in a Pokemon game I truly believe Gen 8 is two regions with one version having you start in Italy based region and the other having you start in a China based region ending with you venturing to the opposite region wether by train plane or something else. TLDR one version is Italy based region ending with you in the China based region the second version being a China based region ending in Italy.
