>>39101402Actually Probopass is a good design. Unlike most gen 4, all details means something or have its function, it isn't a overdesigned thing or shit. It's just a Moai head with magnetic properties that have a tiny moais as compass needles that also work as orbiters, being useful inside and outside battles.
In fact, its design is not very different to an actual Moai, it's similar to these copypasted animals with arbitrary typing. Even I find it more gen3 looking than gen4 looking because unlike most crossgen evolutions they did an evolution that improve the gimmicks Nosepass had instead of get another concept to make a new design based on that Pokémon.
But hey, I know Nosepass is also hated even if it is a complete copypaste of a Moai, so it's obvious to think these haters would be hate an evolution that makes it more complex for casuals.
