You multiplied the multipliers incorrectly. 2*1.5*1.5*1.5*2=13.5
Flower Gift doesn't stack.
I'm pretty sure Helping Hand stacks additively - so having it used twice would give you 2x damage, not 1.5*1.5.

This is the damage before Helping Hand, Metronome or any other multipliers have been added. We'd get 1.5x from Flower Gift, 2x from double Helping Hands, 2x from metronome, and 2x from forest's curse, for a total multiplier of 12.
After these adjustments, the damage would come to 363,623,232 - 427,792,080, which, is very close to the value or Shuckle's Bulbapedia page. The 48 damage difference is probably down to the way the game rounds things.
It's a lot higher than my Mewtwo figure from earlier though.
