It's insane how, despite not even being all that interesting, game NPCs are so much fucking better, both visually and character-wise, than the anime's original characters. Carmine's single appearance generated more buzz for this show than anything they've done for the last year, and now more game-only characters are being wasted instead of expanded upon.
I'm starting to wonder if the writers for this shit are too proud to admit that no one likes their shitty OCs, so they're using game characters to hype them up all the goddamn time instead like they're underage fanfic writers.
