Look at this comparison between your Wigglytuff and a "near-perfect" Gardevoir. It all amounts to a measly total of 7 extra berries per day from the berry mons. Not worth all the dream shards and seeds you would have to spend.
I would only consider a change if I were to get the God roll of a Ralts with Skill M + Help Speed M + Helping Bonus + Skill nature. And even that would be a questionable investment
unless it is also a shiny.
