Being only one of the observers I obviously don't know how far they take it, but I don't find it surprising that a game that considers
killing Bianca's father acceptable for drama would let that attitude evolve into something unfortunate. That said it would be funny to see what a lighter-hearted take on her would look like in this setting, she'd probably say a lot really silly stuff. Her getting into a school like this seems like a long-shot either way.
