Unless you're running mixed, a 6iv parent is useless.
A 31/31/31/31/31/31/ physical attacker is effectively a 5iv, the special attack wont do anything for it
A 31/31/31/31/31/31 special attacker is effectively a 5iv. but this time, the unneeded attack stat makes you take more from foul play and confusion
