Kanto has the most cryptic plot, characters and situations and have an special kind of exploration that makes unique respect the subsecuent games and I love that (plus the sevii islands).
Johto has one of the best spriteworks and a region with broad cultural wealth (plus the best remake in the entire franchise)
Hoenn it´s a region with varied landscapes and many places to explore, the ocean and underwater makes it feel very unique.
Sinnoh has incredible music and it´s a region involved in mythology, which I adore.
Unova is a region with places so magical and mysterious like the dreamyard. While I adore when the plots in these games are cryptic, in this case, the exposition was well carried out resulting in one of the best stories in the saga, with the best villain.
Kalos is the most beautiful region that I ever seen before, The cities and towns are magical,from among all regions, it is there where I would like to live.
Alola is the region with the greatest natural wealth and biodiversity that I have seen
