Wear the assault vest.
As for moves, first impression and sucker punch are a given but the other two slots really matter depending on partnering options but the potential pool includes poison jab, leech life (I run those two, sends Tapu's straight to hell), aqua jet, and liquidation. I however found liquidation to do little for my style.
