It's definitely WAY too hard hitting for UU, since it's Staraptor 2.0, but the only things that Ursaluna really finds use against are Garganacl, Toxapex, and Slowking.
Also, Dondozo is so fucking bulky that even Ursaluna with max attack and burn isn't 2HKO'ing with Earthquake. It needs to hit it with Facade, and even then it's not a guaranteed 2HKO
