She is called Leaf in two different figurines, the Kotobukiya ARTFX J and the Bandai Pokemon Scale World figurines. These are both coming out this year. Along with the "unofficial" confirmations (Sugimori's tweet, name in the game's file, etc.) I think it's fair to say that the FRLG character specifically is called Leaf, but other iterations of the characters such as LGPE are called Green (or Blue in Japanese).
