After losing a great railroad job due to having a poor eye I was jobless and stuck at my folks' place for 6 months. Finally got a new job inspecting pipelines up in ND and soon after they drag me up here they stop giving me hours completely. HR never return my calls and bounce me around and my branch manager who I'm trying to ask for a transfer is ghosting me. Now I can barely pay my bills and my emergency job ringing bells for Salvation Army is ending friday and I'm getting turned down on applications to basic normie work because they only hire old folks and teenagers, not tradie graduates. Also I'm trying to get on with another company in my field but they're also ghosting me. I'm tired of being jerked around and left to fend in this frozen hellscape a thousand miles from home.
