Hornfags are delusional. Seaking's horn is so plain, it looks the same as Dewgong's. Its fins on the other hand, they are unique and beautiful. They look like a white veil with a gorgeous pattern of black dots, which conveys Seaking's majesty quite nicely. Also, they provide Seaking with the wonderful swift swim ability, which fixes its mediocre speed in the rain. What ability does the horn give? Lightning rod? Don't make me laugh. Sure, the electric immunity is nice, but the special attack boost is useless. If it was volt absorb or motor drive, the horn would have been decent. But alas, the horn sucks.
