The only good Ice types are Pokemon that would be amazing without the Ice typing while Pokemon that otherwise would be decent or even good are not even viable in ZU.
The fact that Kyurem-B (pokemon with Zekrom’s stats but better) was UUBL and Kyurem (Pokemon with Yveltal’s stats but slightly worse) was RUBL at one point is proof enough that Ice needs buffs.
