>>22078927The hints don't point to the Frontier in a RSE remake. I originally thought they were going to jew us with Delta Emerald myself, but as time goes on and the evidence sinks in it becomes more obvious that the Battle Frontier references are not for this game or a Delta Emerald appearance.
The reasons for no Delta Emerald being:
>Delta Episode fleshes out Rayquaza's story to a reasonable extent>Wallace can be battled with a team resembling his Emerald Champion Team in what seems to be a substitute to him becoming the actual champion.>The characters clothes already have some Emerald elements>Speed Deoxys is obtainable>Many Pokemon are obtainable that weren't in RS but were in Emerald, including the Johto starters.The reasons for no DLC:
>The maison girls state that they would entrust the maison to you when they leave, that means the DLC would have to remove the maison in its current form, which seems off.>Masuda has said he doesn't want to do DLC with Pokemon.I feel like we will probably see the Battle Frontier in a future game, with the Maison having cameos from ORAS characters in it. The chances of it being in this game, or in a RSE remake, are at this point pretty slim I think.
