if you dont mind injecting, it would be 5 > 6 with save editing/JKSM then 6 > 7 again with JKSM (I think) and then 7 > 8 or 9 with a home subscription
also iirc shedinja loses swords dance when you put it into SwSh because GF thinks it's a hacked move. havent confirmed this just yet
