I think the hammer head eyes on the middle and final stage need bringing in because they look at bit extreme at the moment. I don't think the metal motor tail on the final form is the best choice, because traditionally pokemon with metal elements on them are Steel type. Since you've gone with a nuclear theme, I would change the tail to resemble the end of a missile, like pic related. That way, it would look like a natural part of Garchomp and enforce the nuclear theme, without implying an unrelated type. Gible and Gabite work well, good work.
