I think I was 5, it was Red Version. I can't remember how I got it, it might have been a birthday gift. I remember being stuck around the junction of Viridian City and Victory Road, not knowing what to do. In later years, I got Gold, then Crystal, and I traded in my Gameboy Pocket so my mum could help me get the Special Silver-Gold Iridescent Gameboy Colour, which I still have to this day. Although I've lost my old Pokemon Gameboy games, I still play Kirby's Dream Land on it all the time.
