The one I'm referring to is a woman from the waist up and the body of a soft-shelled turtle down, it's a Chinese monster, it's similar to the turtle monster from "Black Myth Wukong" or at least its name in Chinese.
I have images and its name in a file where I put together all the references to Pokemon, if the thread is still up tomorrow I'll post that here, it's not very common, all the information I found was in Chinese and Thai.
I found it while searching for information about Enamorus on Japanese forums.
