I honestly think they are going to resolve the Serena situation by having her pass off-screen from Covid to stand in solidarity with the victims of the wuflu. Lots of shows have started doing this recently actually, killing off beloved characters to show support for Covid victims, especially in kids shows to get kids to wear masks.
