As a Dragon- type fan one thing I must mention is how dismally disappointing Gewdra is. Everything about that mon just oozes wasted potential.
Putting the design aside; this mon seems to me meddling between roles somewhat, as if the current stats don't really allow for what it was intended. Overall, Goodra seems to quite simply be the most pathetic pseudo ever created; this shouldn't happen. Pseudos are supposed to be terrifyingly powerful; so here's my take on the iconic slug:

Explanations: Now this is one scary fucking pseudo. With perfect stats for a special tank or wall plus recover which also fits thematically, this giant slug is now as monstrously frightening defensively as garchomp was offensively in its prime. A couple more toys in its movepool means more options to bring despair upon foes, instead of G.oodra despairing at everything with a higher Speed stat.
For the stats, I focused on the tankish theme that GF went with; although this comes at the cost of speed and attack. However, these minuses are negligible when you possess 110/90/150 defenses, 130 base Special Attack and a monstrous movepool to abuse it with. Most notably, G.oodra has a new Poison typing. This is quite self explanatory and brings nothing but benefits to it; STAB sludge bomb and immunity to poisoning are just a couple to name.
Being the devout fan of Dragon- types that I am, I just couldn't deny G.oodra of his season to shine bright. This is a Pseudo done right: a powerhouse of a pokémon which produces nothing but sheer tyranny.
