As for the design, I honestly think it's superior to normal Arceus. God itself is just a construct many different cultures place their own interpretation on, as none will never fully comprehend the divine nor can it be proven/disproven that it even exist. The beta captures that feeling and more.
The normal Arceus is defined, knowable, and not even really that much more "mythical." The beta is uncomfortable, undefined, unsettling, beyond reproach of what our minds conceive a "God" to be.
If I used the Azure flute, and summoned what's in the picture, the only thing my mind would go is "you've done fucked up" as I've encroached upon territory I was never meant to see.
