All H-Goo is is a huge stat stick with no utility, mediocre abilities, and a great type. It's definitely better than G**dra, but G**dra itself is an NUBL shitmon even in Gen 9 where RU is so barren that Altaria, Cryogonal, Dragalge, Palosand, and Avalugg call the tier their home. H-Goo is not significantly better than K-G**dra to justify it skyrocketing to OU.
