Honestly, I kind of feel like Alola Forms were wasted this gen. It's like we only got a slight taste of it before Game Freak pulled the plate away, and a lot of them are pretty hit or miss. I think I like it conceptually more than Mega Evolution, but at least they gave us like 40+ Megas as opposed to a tiny 18 Alola Forms.
