Other than that, same gen version differences are negligible compared to differences between gens. New mons introduced, region design and soundtrack are the main things worth rating for me, misc features like the Battle Frontier or the PokeNav are just the cherry on top.
I wonder if anons who rate only one version of each gen in the same tier are just trying to avoid controversy.
