>>20993914"That just makes me harder!"
Anna frantically flails her hands around while trying to get you to pipe down, "E-Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhh!?!??!?!?!?!?!? C-Calem, please, th-there are children here!"
You don't really get the memo, "Exactly! And I'm feeling SUPER hard right now! Hard...FOR JUSTICE! And you know what? They should feel hard too, because they're coming with us!"
The Lass' face practically goes white with horror, "H-Huh!? But they could get hurt! O-Oh gosh, I-I don't think I could face their parents if that ever happened! But.. o-on the other hand, i-it'd be irresponsible to simply leave them here.. I don't think we have a choice! But even so, w-we should still be supersupersupersupersupersupersuperSUPER careful!" Anna pleads, only to cover her face seconds later, "I-I'm so ruined if anything goes wrong.." she mumbles.
You place a hand on her shoulder, "Relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxx! I've done this hundreds of times, everything will be alright! You and your preschooler buddies are all in good hands. We'll track those bullies down, find their old hideout, take it back so that they can hang /there/ and not /here/, and then everything's peachy! And if it turns out we're right and it is the masked-midget, we'll save the whole town from ruin /AND/ stall the deaths of a bunch of fat people in the process by a few dozen years. Now they'll just die from diabetes and not multiple bloody fish bites!"
She shuffles in place, her hope slightly rising, "W-Well.. when you put it that way.."
"And then afterward," you drop your tone to an alluring whisper that the preschoolers can't hear, you grab a hold of Anna's hand and present her with a tempting look in your eyes, "we can.."
