>>53534505>The four labs were but the zero lab, the final one with the time machine was not.Incorrect, as Raifort and the history class tells you, the Zero Lab, and other buildings, were already built over and around the center of Area Zero by the previous expeditions 60+ years ago. Plus the Professor’s journal mentions ‘moving to’ Zero Lab, establishing it was already in existence.

Journals and History class again insist the Tera Orbs were only created ten years ago. Not developed, created, meaning the Professor already had Arven and the ‘Raidon both, and the development release of those Tera Orbs are what allowed them to get the Lighthouse Lab.
Despite the fact the Area Zero Journal’s are first seen in descending order, at least one, if not both of those found in Lab one, were actually made last by the context given of having to move to the lighthouse lab. Especially since Arven gives us the backstory of living in Area Zero for a bit when he was younger, before moving to the Lighthouse with his parent and the Raidon for a time, before it freaked out on a Pokémon, forcing it and the Professor to return to Area Zero.
