Politoed is bad too, don't get me wrong, but Rain itself was the best type of weather due to its numerous benefits and mons who could abuse it well.
This is, of course, ignoring Abomasnow and Hail, which are both so shitty neither were viable at all.
It's actually funny, A-Ninetails has actually once again beaten out Abomasnow once again as a weather setter, this time with what was once its own unique weather type, Hail.
