mine is simpler
vitamin like items but for IVs instead of EVs. you can only use them on stats with less than 31 iv. to balance things out, they can only be bought with battle points in the post-game area, the items themselves cannot be held by pokemon, and cannot be traded, they're kinda expensive, and possibly if necessary, if you use them on a pokemon, they get a ribbon and cannot be traded.
everything else is the same. also
