At the start of the new Pokemon Generation we battle trainers, we look around for that familiar name, wondering all the while "where is Joey?" or 'Why haven't I ran into Joey yet?" You go through the entire game battling every trainer there is, but there is no Joey. So on you march, collect your badges, assemble your dream team. You finally make your way up to the Elite Four, battling them out as you go, once you blow through them you reach the Champion's room. You hear a familiar sound, but you don't know where it came from. It get's louder "top percent..." you make out, and "comfortable and easy to wear..." The next thing you know, the Champion descends, it is Joey. Along with him are the various Pokemon he had through the generations, in their fully-evolved prime. Raticate, Machamp, Watchog, etc. It is not until then do you realize, Joey truly was the top percent.
