Me neither. An official one, not that tumblrshit fancomic. Niantic has a manga for Ingress, so I don't see why GO couldn't have one.
They had money to blow on the GO Rocket intro where 3D candela was super fucking hot. I think they think the majority of players just want more shinies. In reality, tons of people have asked for more leader content repeatedly.

Because GO is the true golden cow of Pokemon, TPCi will fully bow to its superiority.
Gen 9 will be announced, but released only when Pokemon GO is finally on the rest of Gen 8, assuming they won't mash Gen 7 and 8 together. The gap between mainline and mobile will be bridged with mainline now serving as a "preview" of what you can catch in the real world, and as a place to utilize all those extra Pokemon you get in GO. GO is the foundation.

Pokemon GO will complete its full ascension beyond the mainline. The mainline games will become a legacy secondary moneymaker, and nothing more than a console mover for Nintendo by way of the old formula. Mainline Pokemon will only serve as 'early access' dex fillers. They are still very important, but they are no longer the centerpiece. Children will be indoctrinated the mainline games before graduating into GO.

The real evolution of the franchise begins.
