Pokemon is mainstream and everyone except the autists on /fa/ wear graphic tees. The situations where people would laugh at you for wearing something pokemon related simply do not happen beyond high-school age, unless you happen to hang around people who never grew out of the "I'm OLD now, TIME TO BE MATURE" phase.
