Take this scenario: You fire off a Synchronoise (which will most likely fail in the likely event your opponent switches out). Now what? Now your opponent knows you have the move, so they will render it completely useless by never switching in the only targets it could possibly hit. Meaning your Psychic mon literally has no Psychic STAB for the remainder of the battle unless you are running both Psychic AND Synchronoise like some retard. Like holy shit Synchronoise is such an irredeemable move I can't even lmao. Moves like Counter, Mirror Coat, Synchronoise, Venoshock, and Venom Drench are bad
and will always be bad (or just gimmicky in Counter's case) for the same reasons - your opponent can just switch. And then you are completely fucked. Even if GF tried the Knock Off approach and distributed to 9001 mons in Sun Moon in an attempt to make it better people would still run Psychic over it. I mean...you guys can try to find ways to use it sure but, it's not gonna be very helpful outside of fun battles just a heads up
