Writing.com at all costs, it's not worth it for how they run their site through payment, and if they catch you saving backups of the stories, they mess with your paid account by scrambling the text and making everything illegible. There's a very low engagement rate of actual people on that site as-is, mainly just one or two people writing chapters back at each other per story, the "community-built" feature of the site's work is barely existent.
