Darkrai/Garbodor is pretty cool, it saw a lot of use on worlds and most of them don't even use Energy Switch, so no lost after rotation.
Zebstrika/Garbodors is nice just as a fun deck, same as Dragonite/Garbodor and Suicune/Terrakion.
I would go for Darkrai/Garbodor, pic is Takuya Yonedas deck
