i'm glad you like Vaporeon too! i've always felt as if its design, concept, and execution were slightly more interesting than its counterparts.
and yeah, it is a pretty practical ability; not only can it be used to play juvenile tricks on other Pokémon, but it could prove to be useful for hunting as well!
