Meanwhile, for drill run, it's just shown as spinning your body along the foward axis and ramming into them. Drilbur doesn't have drills, but it's body forms one when it's fingers are pointer fowards and it spins.
Also, every single pokemon that learns rapid spin via level up would be capable of spinning like a top.
