It's translated but the translators were very obviously not fluent speakers, a lot of the dialogue is pretty ESL and looks more like they just copy pasted a lot of the writing over onto google translate than try to adapt it into English. DeepL would have done a better job translating it.
Still very fun, though. I'm hooked.
