love Hoenn, so I took the time to make something special, or more specifically, make 77 things special. That's right, I made physical and special moves no longer reliant on type. They are now the category in gen 3 that they are in gen 4.
I've spent a while scouring the internet for clues as to how to do this and a few people provided IPS patches. The only problem was that all they did was set all the moves to physical and couldn't be bothered to take the time to individually categorize all 354 moves. I did exactly this. Just apply this IPS patch to any Pokemon Emerald ROM - hacked or not.
