Quick attack Sketch copies the foe's quick move permanently when you tap. Charge move Sketch copies the foe's charge move when you have enough energy and hold down.
Smeargle can have attack combinations like Water Gun/Solarbeam and since he won't get STAB and his stats are shit he won't be totally broken. He also won't be able to learn things like Substitute/Focus Punch or Dark Void/Nightmare because they don't exist.
