https://pks.raenonx.cc/en/mealThe strength you see in the app is the base strength of the required ingredients plus the multiplier based on the recipe level.
E.g. a fancy apple curry at level 1 with 0% area bonus and exactly 7 apples gives 668 strength (90 x 7 x 1.06)
This is why it's more important to know what the base multiplier is, than what has the bigger numbers when shown in the app.
Compare the Lovely Kiss Smoothie, and the Petal Dance Chocolate Tart.
They share a 25% bonus, but the latter requires far fewer ingredients so the base strength displayed is significantly lower.
What this actually means is you have a recipe that's a lot easier to make more often (+3 cacao required but -9 milk and -7 honey), and you can throw anything else in to make a tart comparable in strength to the smoothie.
Actually, you can make something better than the smoothie because you have 13 extra ingredient space that doesn't have to be milk (98 strength) or honey (101 strength)
At level 41, the base strength of all dishes gets doubled.
