I don't even hate it's design but holy fuck does this thing suck ass in battles. In RSE it doesn't learn a grass move stronger than 20 BP almost until level 30, so the battles drag on and on. Then you get the long awaited Leaf Blade and you realize it only has as much power as Hidden Power Grass, so it hits with a force of a wet paperbag. I tried using it competitively multiple times but it just doesnt work, even with the Mega. The Dragon typing hurts more than it helps and Lightningrod is a retarded ability choice. Lesson to learn - fast offensive grass type is a bad idea.

Another one I'd simplify is Sceptile. Those lines on the belly (the one that goes between his arms and the red one on the underbelly) always bothered the fuck out of me. Also, the large, heavy tail looks awkward as fuck with Sceptile's skinny body. Even Pokken had to simplify it because it would just be impossible to animate in-game.
