Fire starters are usually the worst, save for Cyndaquil. Gen 3's starter designs are the closest to 10/10 you can get, but I've never picked Torchic. I just don't like Fire-types most of the time.
Tsareena and Salazzle actually hurt my eyes when I look at them. Pokemon with overtly humanoid characteristics in general are oversaturated, especially in Alola and Gaylord. I don't like it one bit.
