Having discussed this concept with a number of posters over the past few days, taking suggestions and figuring out which of ideas were most widely favored, I have put together an ability revision survey. Some of the more controversial ability changes that have been suggested will wait until future surveys, but this first one contains several pokemon who I think most people agree have legitimate reasons to swap abilities. If you think any of the pokemon contained in this survey should get an ability not listed as an option please say so in the comments so that it could be a potential candidate for future discussion or surveying.

NOTE: Unlike most surveys this one contains an explanation behind proposed alterations. While I tried to write them in a academic fashion they are still going to be somewhat persuasive as they explain the rationale behind the suggested abilities.
tl;dr Sorry all of the questions are long but with some of the pokemon it was important to explain their basis to a degree so that voters could understand why people had suggested these abilities.
